MIXED-INCOME DEVELOPMENT INTERIOR DESIGN

Hand selected furnishings complement branded wall murals in a new residential development on Buffalo’s East Side.

Pleased with our progress on the brand development, our project management and overall vision, SAA|EVI hired our team to source and install furniture for the building’s common spaces, including the two lobbies, lounge areas, the community room, conference room, library and computer room. OW|EN reviewed various online furniture sources to find items that would be harmonious with the color scheme we developed and could ship to meet the project’s deadline.

The items were vetted for quality of materials, and selected to furnish all shared spaces with respect to aesthetic and functionality. We developed mood boards and 3D floor plans for the client to showcase how the pieces would work together and fill out each space.
