Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort’s existing signage was outdated, inconsistent, and often confusing for visitors. To address this, they enlisted our team to create a comprehensive wayfinding system that would not only guide visitors more effectively but also reflect a visual style better suited to their Adirondack (ADK) region resort.

The project consisted of several key steps: mapping and outlining the site, creating a sign schedule, designing and developing the new signage, and overseeing the fabrication and on-site installation of 410 signs.
This complete set included directional signs, directories, room numbers, specialty room signs, and emergency and instructional signs. Implementing this new signage system to replace an existing system, in an operational hotel, required careful coordination, meticulous planning, and precise project management.
