Customizable yard signs for an East Aurora based real estate company.

The East Aurora based real estate company, JRS Morgan was looking to stand out within the crowded local real estate market. JRS came to OW|EN to develop a new brand that could be highlighted on customizable realty signs. By incorporating a unique vertical format, and an exaggerated peaked-roof shape, the design team rendered the company’s brand with a non-traditional color palette of bright green and a dark, rich indigo. Using the full 30” length to run a knocked out ‘For Sale” in all caps, potential buyers could not miss houses marked with JRS Morgan’s signs on their front lawns, as they stand out among more traditional real estate signage.
